Current Taxi Status
Active Alerts: Posted 03/22/26
We are preparing for the 2026 summer season and we are going to see quite a few changes…..some good and some that have presented challenges.
Dillon and Colorado have seen a poor snowpack that has and is projected to have negative outcomes for Dillon Reservoir water levels. The Frisco Bay Marina has already made the decision to close their slips and launch ramp for the summer. This has created a problem for the water taxi and we are unable to land at any dock.
As of now, the following services will not be available:
- One way Dillon to Frisco
- One way Frisco to Dillon
- Private Charters departing from Frisco
- Concert bookings to go the Amphitheater and return
Services that will be available:
- Private Charters from the Dillon Marina
- Schedule Lake Tours
- The new custom created catered breakfasts and dinners. (See right sidebar)

More info to come.
Dillon Water Taxi and Lake Tours was founded on the premise to provide an affordable water transportation service between the marinas of Dillon and Frisco Bay as well as sight seeing tours of the entire lake.
Its foundation includes an educational briefing opportunity for all passengers, mostly tourists about Summit County and the surrounding communities. We also offer a unique opportunity for local residents to private charter a sizable boat to accommodate their function needs.
